Julie Warner
is dedicated to exceptional client service, and is tirelessly focused on making the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as possible for clients. The purchase of a family home is often the largest investment a person will make in their lifetime. Julie draws on 15 years of strategic consulting experience to manage the multitude of details involved in a real estate transaction, resulting in clients feeling empowered and confident in their decisions. Her greatest professional joy is the long-term relationships she develops with clients, continuing to be a trusted resource for years to come.

As a San Francisco Bay Area transplant to the Valley of the Sun, Julie is uniquely positioned to help buyers moving to Arizona. Having made the move herself with young children, she is adept at assisting clients with all aspects of their transition. In concert with Sotheby’s International Realty’s concierge service, Julie can help take the stress out of a major relocation.

When Julie is not working, she is busy with her three school-aged children and husband. Volunteering is a priority for Julie, including National Charity League, Brophy and Xavier College Preparatory Mother’s Guilds and the Scottsdale Unified School District. She enjoys cooking, spending time at Lake Tahoe, reading and checking out the latest new restaurants in the Valley of the Sun.
